SESSIONS WITH JUDITH BARR

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
In-depth sessions are 1 1/2 to 3 hours and can take place in person, or when truly right for the individual, by telephone. The work will be an interweaving of the grounded spiritual and the deep therapeutic.

PERSONAL INTENSIVES
On a more intensive basis, Judith offers extended sessions that range from a day-long (6 to 8 hours) to a full weekend. Personal intensives include meals and breaks between sessions.

COUPLES SESSIONS
Intended for partners who have reached a level of development individually and within their relationship that includes an understanding of projection and transference. Couples sessions are in depth and are scheduled to last a minimum of 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Partners work on current issues and explore deeper inner work that reaches for the ancient root in their individual soul journey and in their relationship.

COUPLES INTENSIVES
On a more intensive basis, partners can do extended sessions similar to the Personal Intensive.

WOMEN’S GROUPS

Weekend groups specifically designed for women. This group work is in addition to individual work and is not considered a replacement. It is deeply meaningful to those who make a commitment to their inner work. For more information go to Sacred Circles.
