Judith creates a safe, supportive space for participants to take risks, delving deep into their own underground and into the labyrinths amongst them. She holds and maintains the energy of the group, while sometimes giving her complete attention to an individual, and sometimes helping participants learn and develop exquisite relational skills and gifts – the kind of abilities needed in our own lives and in our world. She does this by creating a circle of eight to ten participants, calling forth the best in each. Every woman supports the others through witnessing, modeling, being there with and for one another, and respecting each other’s process and the mystery of the healing path.
Judith’s work is that of a spiritual midwife. She works to heal the wounds, blocks and distortions on a cellular level so that each participant can give birth to her truest self.
Through individual and group process work, ritual and performance, Judith leads the group on a journey to healing. Into this she weaves such experiences as meditation, movement, creative arts, teaching based on what emerges in the group, silence, play, journal writing, and prayer. Her work is a grounded blend of her psychotherapeutic and creative skills and her deep spirituality. Her vision is to support and help each of us in weaving the straw of our wounds into the gold of our gifts and strengths.
It takes a deep and extensive, whole-hearted commitment of resources to be part of Sacred Circle - energy, time, money, and truth & love. It is worth every measure of that commitment in the minds and hearts of the women in the circle.

It is rare to be able to join an ongoing journey in a therapeutic and spiritual process, going deeper and deeper, co-creating radical trust, healing, and transformation. Sacred Circle is a continuous committed group, meeting monthly. Each Sacred Circle we do our individual and communal work, aware that our work helps to heal us and our world.
