• People would feel their feelings safely, instead of acting out on them in destructive ways like stealing out of greed; slandering in an attempt to undermine others, killing themselves and others in the home, on the streets, and on the battlefield; numbing themselves with drugs and other substances or processes, thus allowing all of the above to occur.
• People would have respect for themselves and each other, opening a pathway to true dialogue that could co-create fruitful problem solving, solutions, and living together.
• People would feel not only their own suffering, but also each others' suffering.
• And…once they saw that solutions from inner healing and transformation create sustainable solutions in the outer world, people would no longer be content to solve things only on the surface, in the outside world.  

My name is Judith Barr, and for over 30 years, I have helped people journey into and through their own inner labyrinths to re-connect with themselves at every level of their being. I have helped people understand how healing our inner relationships – with ourselves, others, power, money, food, national and world events and more – has an impact on our communities, our nation, and our world. Through my book Power Abused, Power Healed, my blog PoliPsych, dozens of articles for both professionals and the general public, and my speaking engagements, media appearances and teleconferences, I teach about the misuse and abuse of power in both the healing professions and all arenas of life . . . and the vast, limitless healing that is possible.
